Creating Camp Shedd

Campsheddrendering Every day at Shedd, our visitors see animals in their habitats. We thought it would be fun to extend that experience by creating a habitat in which our young visitors can play, let their imaginations run wild, and get close to our region’s native animals. The result was Camp Shedd.

Campsheddrendering2_2Designed in component parts that can be rearranged, Camp Shedd creates a naturalistic setting for Great Lakes presentations by our floor programming staff, but better yet, it’s a great place to play and learn.

Camp Shedd debuts Sept. 5.
